Return and Refund Policy

Smash Recovery stands behind every Founding Bundle with a 30-day guarantee. The 30 days start the day your bundle is delivered, not the day you reserve.

Reservations (pre-orders)

Reserving the Founding Bundle costs $0 today. Your saved payment method is charged only when your bundle is ready to ship in December 2026, and we will notify you before that charge is processed. You can cancel your reservation at any time before your card is charged, for any reason, at no cost. To cancel, email jeff@smashrecoveryhq.com with your order number.

30-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Founding Bundle, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email jeff@smashrecoveryhq.com with your order number and we will reply with next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
