Shipping Policy

When your Founding Bundle ships

The Founding Bundle is a pre-order. Reservations ship in December 2026. Your saved payment method is charged only when your bundle is ready to ship, and we will notify you before that charge is processed. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipping is charged at cost with no markup: $6.54 for the Founding Bundle and $5.92 for single items, shown at checkout before you reserve. We charge exactly what the carrier charges us, not a penny more. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

If your ship date changes

If the December ship date changes, we will email you with the new date before your card is charged. You can cancel your reservation at no cost at any time before you are charged. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email jeff@smashrecoveryhq.com with your order number and we will make it right.
